Samantha Smith is the owner of Sugar on Front St,. the bakery inside Old Books on Front Street.  An avid reader, Smith grew up in “an extremely strict religion” and went on to study English and religion in different schools in different states. She runs a small family of boys, goats, chickens, cats and a dog. And her garden includes a wide-ranging selection of highly edible homegrown plants, fruits and veggies. Her bakery was recently featured in Our State magazine.
