In the movie "Kung Fu Panda," Master Shifu is often found trying - and struggling - to meditate.

He sits for hours chanting "peace, inner peace," but his huge ears (he's a red panda) keep picking up minute sounds and distracting him. Oddly, the whole drama is set in the Valley of Peace.

But Shifu's journey for peace comes from confronting his past, recognizing his destiny and seeking it.

The word Islam means submission to God and is related to the Arabic word for peace.

For Christians, peace can come through forgiveness of sins through belief in Jesus Christ.

How do you define and find peace? Is it through submission? If so, to whom do you submit?
