In 1973, Sarah Weddington successfully argued the winning side of the landmark Roe v. Wade case before the U.S. Supreme Court. Now an author, professor and advocate for women's rights, Weddington will speak at 7 p.m., Feb. 26 at the University North Carolina Wilmington's Burney Center for a lecture that is free and open to the public.
