The Cameron Art Museum will host a Cape Fear Spirit Quilting Bee Day 10 a.m.- 3 p.m. on Saturday, March 2 at the museum on the corner of 17th and Independence Boulevard. Anyone who can sew or quilt is welcome to attend the bee where a large group of people will finish the quilting on the region's first interfaith quilt sponsored by Wilmington Faith and Values.
All quilters should bring their own sewing needles and quilting thread.
The art museum plans to display the finished quilt the weekend of March 16-17.
