Wilmington police creates ministry database to track habitual scammers

The Wilmington Police Department recently created a Predators in the Pews Database for churches to use to track individuals who regularly ask for money from their congregations. Since May 20, more than 40 ministry representatives have been given access to the site and are already uploading data for tracking purposes.
