"In a very remote part of our sister parish in Honduras is a community called Plan de Rancho," wrote the Rev. Robert Kus in an email. "In the past, it had a church made of adobe.  When the heavy rains came last year, the church simply washed away.  Because of the generosity of St. Mary parishioners’ second collections for our sister parish, the community is now able to build a new church for Plan de Rancho. This time, with cinder blocks."
