The Cape Fear Community College Small Business Center will offer a special seminar for owners and mangagers of faith-based organizations 6—9 p.m. Thursday (Feb. 21) in room L-107 in the CFCC health sciences building at the corner of Walnut and Second streets. This seminar addresses the nuanced operational and regulatory issues often overlooked or commonly misunderstood by faith-based organization leaders and managers.
