The 2013 Conscience Fair on the north campus of Cape Fear Community College on Feb. 2 drew about 100 nonprofits and hundreds more people willing to volunteer their time to make the Cape Fear region a better place. Wilmington Faith and Values was one of those lucky presenters for the second year.
