What’s so sacred about burritos?

With its debut in the fall last year, Flaming Amy's Burrito Barn added a light-hearted sanctimonious twist to their fare with The Sacred Burrito Bus. A burrito with angel wings floats on one side and a Day-of-the-Dead skull grins on the bus' grill. Begs the question, what's so sacred about burritos?
