Jon Acuff's Stuff Christians Like video series, blog and books have attracted wide attention in the evangelical Christian world because they point out trends in how millenial Christians act together, point out what they covet maybe a little too much and allow them to laugh at themselves a little.

And then there's the Song of Solomon Pick-up Lines video, all about ways to use the Song of Songs to meet and woo your girl.

One line goes: "Baby, your hair is like a flock of goats leaping down the slopes of Gilead."

Catholic Archbishop Timothy Dolan and Catholic comedian Stephen Colbert starred in a Fordham University comedy slam in September, though the media was blacked out of the event. Though a few media managed to make it in for a few one-liners.

Comedians such as Adam Sandler and Jon Stewart light-heartedly joke and sometimes sing about their Judaism. Mental Floss collected its list of top 20 Jewish Comedians in 2009. And then there's Sandler's famous Hanukkah song.
