Wrightsboro UMC Continues Concert Series With Nashville Recording Artists

Nashville Christian recording artist Geron Davis, his wife Becky and Nashville Super-Soprano Angie Primm will be performing at Wrightsboro United Methodist Church on June 3rd at 7:00 pm.  The Wrightsboro UMC Choir and the Wilmington Celebration Choir will be singing with these outstanding artist.  This is a concert that you will not want to miss!

Geron Davis and Kindred Spirit appear regularly with the Bill Gaither Homecoming Family.  Geron, a remarkable musician and composer wrote the dynamic and moving song “Holy Ground”.   Geron, along with Kindred Spirit are known for their high energy and God filled performances.  Davis and his wife, Becky, have collectively written several songs which include, "In the Presence of Jehovah", "Mercy Saw Me", "Send It On Down", "Holy Of Holies", "Gentle Hands", "Peace Speaker", and "Something About My Praise". 

Angie Primm is one of the premier voices of our time. She is a featured artist with Bill Gaither’s family.  Her musical history spans genres, continents, and audiences. This four-octave soprano began her career singing background vocals for some of the biggest names in country music. Angie’s gift of song and love of the Gospel, has catapulted her, as the Bible says, “before great men.” Her current and inevitable step as a solo artist is the natural progression of a life divinely designed.

These artist will be backed up by both the Wrightsboro United Methodist Church Choir and the Wilmington Celebration Choir.  These 80 voices will raise the roof on the Wrightsboro United Methodist Church, located at 3300 N. Kerr Avenue, Wilmington, NC on June 3rd at 7:00 pm.  Tickets to attend this concert are $10.00 and can be purchased by calling the church at 910-762-2583 or 910-392-9315.
